We collect information you provide directly, and information collected automatically:

We use the following tools, each of which may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — to understand website usage. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing — to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on other sites. You can manage this through Google Ads Settings.
- LinkedIn Ads (Insight Tag) — to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences on LinkedIn. You can manage this through your LinkedIn advertising preferences.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; some site features may not function as intended if you do.
Email communications
If you provide your email address to request information or an assessment, we may follow up by email in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time by using that link or by emailing info@coredata.ca.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business — for example, hosting, email delivery, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms — under obligations to protect it, or when required by law.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
