Windows 10 (version 22H2, all editions) reached end of support on October 14, 2025. It gets no security patches unless you pay for Extended Security Updates.
When does Windows 11 reach end of life?
It depends on the version and the edition. For Home and Pro, the editions most business PCs run:
- 23H2: support ended November 11, 2025
- 24H2: support ends October 13, 2026
- 25H2: support ends October 12, 2027
Enterprise and Education get about a year longer: 24H2 to October 12, 2027 and 25H2 to October 10, 2028.
